I had a lovely stay here for spring skiing in March. The hotel has friendly English-speaking staff, is in a very conveinent central location, within easy walking distance of lifts and station (with ski equipment). The room was beautiful and clean. Only minor catch was the very dry air which helped all the wet stuff to dry quick but was drying for mouth and airways.

Great place to stay for ski hol. in Davos. I had a single room which was small but comfortable. Staff invariably friendly and helpful and most spoke good English. Some nice touches such as heating for ski boots, free shuttles to/from lifts and station, free internet, pool, gym etc., mini-safe in room, and free 'mini-bar' with beer, water & soft drinks and turn down with sweet each night. I was on B&B and breakfasts were very good. I also tried a.l.c menu one night #good but same every night# and one night's half board dinner, which was superb. Good atmosphere around bar and lounge in evening, though most guests #and TV channels# were German speaking.
This is a jewel of a hotel. It is nestled in a post card beautiful setting. It rises magnificently like a golden pine cone. The hotel is gorgeous. The simple use of materials, flowers, illumination and of course, the architecture. The rooms are very comfortable and there are so many luxurious details. The restaurant in the 10th floor has a very limited menu, so if you want a real meal, use the one on the ground floor. The personnel was attentive and knowledgeable and extremely professional. Our stay here was a total pleasure. Recommend it with five stars.
First, they say they are in St. Moritz and it`s no true they are in Champfer village. St. Moritz bad is like 45 mn walk through the snow and St. Moritz Dorf is about an hour. There is no place to eat walking distance near the hotel. The room was the worst, although the bathroom and room was huge, the balcony hasn`t been clean in days so the snow was all over and you can`t use it. I don`t have words to describe the "queen bed", It was to twin beds that they try to put together with a gap about 3 inches between them, and the head of the beds are inside a wood something attached to the wall that you don`t know what`s happening in there. When you shower all the bathroom get wet because it has a fixed glass door that do not cover enough.

Stayed at the Sheraton Davos for one night on our drive to Florence, I only wish we had booked a longer stay in Davos.
On arrival it would seem our booking was lost/cancelled for some strange reason, but there were no issues at all, the reception lady was very very apologetic, and the room was sorted.
The room was amazing, ample room to relax, and rest, whilst the view from the balcony was fantastic, we had a late bar meal and drinks, again, no issues even after nine in the evening and again, the bar keep was very polite and friendly.
The following morning, breakfast was very well presented, more choice than you can list.
Overall we will definitely be looking to travel back to Davos to explore a bit more very soon, and regret not spending longer there this time.
Great hotel for hiking to the Rhine gorge and to the conn and lake caumasee restaurants. great hotel with a beautiful lobby and rooms very elegant and well done. Superb breakfast! Only negative I would add is that the rooms were not air conditioned, though this is very common in European hotels.
