"Came to Grand Forks to watch my nephew play hockey at UND. This was a great place for us (2 couples) as we both had our own bathrooms + laundry. Very convenient. Very clean and modern unit. We would recommend the hosts provide an information sheet with information for the wifi password, TV channels, how to check out etc. We were missing some things (TP, dish towels); however every time we reached out, the management responded quite quickly We would definitely book again."

"Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions."

"The site was advertised as 2 br 2 baths. Actually, it was 1 and 1/2 bath. No washcloths. TV did not work, even after installing 2 new batteries. The guy who owned it seemed to try to please. "

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus the outdoor patio with a fire pit and two leather sectional recliners to relax on, there was lots of room to spread out and still be together. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities of home and none of the hassle!"
