"Very clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location near the freeway (only 10-15 minutes from the Calico Ghost Town). The breakfast included was great and included make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, chorizo pork, potatoes, sausages and much more. Great deal for the rate we paid!"
"We stayed here as a one night stop on our way to California. We were pleasantly surprised (bc the outside of the buildings and sign didn’t seem too updated) to find the room seemed to have been renovated recently. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The only thing that was not clean was the coffee maker, but I don’t use those anyway at hotels/motels so it wasn’t a big deal for me. The person who checked us in was friendly and recommended a good burger place right down the street which we enjoyed. We were able to park directly in front of our room which was helpful. It was a fun “Route 66” stop and I would recommend it!"
"Hard to say how it would have been but I arrived and they said that I canceled my reservations, which I did not. I got a feeling that they wanted me to check in with a higher rate. Seems like it should have been easy to resolve. All they would have to do is say they would honor the rate that was reserved thru Expedia."
"The room was very clean and big. I love that they have a 24hr dinner at the property makes it so easy to eat anytime. I was able to check in at 2am and still be able to get food without having to leave and drive to find food. The rate was great and only mins from the calico ghost town"
"The woman sitting behind the counter, probably the owner, was only being nice to me because I booked this room online. She have me the feeling that if I was to walk in and book a room, she would've told me that there was no rooms available. I asked her for a room downstairs, because I have bad knees, I had two dogs with me and a granny basket. She says that I couldn't have a downstairs room because I have dogs. When I took my dogs out to potty, there was a couple there with three dogs, with a room downstairs. When I asked the son, why worked there, do you have ice. He said yes, just come to the office. But when I went to the office, the woman (the mom) said that they didn't have any ice. The machine was broken. She said that I had to pay a $50 deposit, but when I was checking out, the white gentleman that was checking out with me, didn't pay a deposit at all.
I am so sick of these people racial profiling."
"The staff was excellent clean room. Air conditioning was good. Parking was good. Just a lock. One of the locks was broken. The wood was coming off. Other than that. It was excellent. I will come back thank you guys very much."
