"Lovely cottage in a great location."

"We stayed 3 days here. We were mostly out of the home but it is on a very quiet street that when we slept we didn’t have any issues of traffic or other people. The stairs can be difficult so it you have stairs be prepared. They are a beautiful set of stairs. You are in waling distance of multiple restaurants. The host was VERY accommodating and assured us when we arrived early. It was very much appreciated!"

"Charmouth is a lovely small town and this cottage is the perfect way to experience it. The beach and fossil hunting were our favorite activity. The few shops and restaurantants were lovely...exactly the peaceful holiday I wanted for my family."

"We had another fantastic stay at Waterfall cottage in Dalwood, thank you Tracey. The property was great for our family, nice and cosy, and had everything we needed. Loads of good places/beaches to visit within a 20 minute drive or so, whilst we also enjoyed the delights of Dalwood including a superb dinner at the Tuckers Arms. No doubt we will be back visiting again soon!"

"Lovely spacious accommodation for 6 adults. Stunning views of the Devon hills and great outside space. The dog loved watching the cows going in & out for milking. We played tennis & table tennis. Lovely walks near by. Judith was really helpful and we can’t fault anything. We will back again next year."

"A beautiful cottage. All amenities catered for. Big garden next to us, view spectacular. Was not informed others may use garden, so beware if in bedroom. Difficult to find entrance to property. Lanes near property with large potholes, burst our tyre. No phone signal. But use of wifi. A very clean modern cottage, would recommend."

"Myself and 2 friends stayed for the weekend, we brought motorcycles with us on a trailer Neil and Sarah were very accommodating, the cottage was finished to a good standard and there were nice touches such as tea, coffee, fresh milk and even fresh flowers waiting for us The parking was secure and there was also a secluded garden to use Neil and Sarah were on hand for anything we needed, very good hosts, highly recommend a visit if you are looking to stay in Devon !"

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care."

"We had a fabulous few days staying at the lodge. It was perfect for our needs with an excellent kitchen. The hosts, Isobel and William were incredible and very accommodating of our children who wanted to run around a lot in the gardens and in the river too as well as any anything we needed during our stay too. The lodge was clean, tidy, comfortable and ideal for our little family. Great location, close to amenities and beaches but able to come away and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Will look...

"Cobblers Cottage was perfect for two people, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and quiet. The location of the cottage is excellent with a five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the town. Sidmouth is a lovely little town with lots of shops."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...
