With a dramatic second story entry and staircase to the main level, and a bedroom and full bath on each floor, this home provides that wow factor that will make your stay special.

This end-unit townhome that is bright and sunny and is located in a quiet area overlooking the Eagle Ridge South Course. The view is best from the deck with a table a two chairs to enjoy the lovely weather in the spring and summer. It has a wood-burning fireplace, two HDTVs, Roku TV, wifi, and free access to the Galena Territory Owner's Club where you can enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, game room, as well as the marina and hiking trails. Get all the Galena Territory has to offer at a great price!

Please note that this home offers Roku TV and smart TV streaming only. There is a DVD player as well.

Please note that this home has two new queen beds. The twin beds are gone. We do have a high-quality self-inflating mattress upon request. There is a stairway down to the main level from the entrance to the home.

This home has a queen bed in the upper level bedroom, and another queen bed in the main level bedroom. While this home will accommodate 4 guests sleeping in beds, the home is licensed for up to 6 guests, but there is NO sofa sleeper.

The view from this property was excellent. However that was it. The inside needs a LOT of work. There are a number of things wrong with this property: the large burner on the stove did not work, the fan lights did not work because there were no bulbs, there was a crack in the ceiling and paint was coming off, seals on the window were broken and you could not see out, Lights burned out in the dining roon ficture, some blinds did not open, there were holes in the walls that needed repair, the dishwasher was not secured and nearly fell down when we opened it and paint was peeling in the living room. The table was dated, cheap and we did not feel comfortable sitting on the dining room chairs. We had the perception that the owner was trying to generate as much cash from this rental but didn't want to maintain it. In addition the only condiments were salt and peper. We will never rent this property again. Unlike previous VRBO rentals, the communication on getting into the house was lacking. No code was sent, VRBO would not pick up the phone but the owner did respond when we called.

Golf course Townhome
The location area and views of this townhome are fantastic, as it sits on a hill overlooking a beautiful golf course. The interior was clean, but definitely needs some updating and repairs. The carpeting is very worn & dirty and the upper bath has paint peeling off the wall. The windows also need replacing as many were foggy from leaking issues. With a little TLC, this townhome could be a perfect rental.

Everything was great. Not use to Roku TV so called host and he got back to us within mins. My son and family stayed in a condo next drive down. We had such a wonderful time and went downtown twice. We had an end condo on the golf course with beautiful views. Very quiet and peaceful.

Great location but place really needs some TLC
This place is in a great location. Was not clear from the online that it’s in fact a golf villa not a stand alone. It really needs some care and attention and is not well equipped or maintained. Host was totally non responsive to a few questions. we’ve been coming to Eagle Ridge for thirty years so know what the standards are and this is way below average

Place was accurate from listing and very clean. Kitchen well stocked in order to cook and outdoor grill was sufficient to grill steaks. Great view of South golf course and owner was quick to respond. I highly recommend!
