Was told out room was being cleaned and would be ready by noon. Then told the room would not be ready till 1pm then told not till 2pm etc. Our room was not ready till 5pm. We wasted an entire afternoon. Was later told that night a washer was broken ... Each day we did not get all of our towels and we had to ask the desk every night for the towels we were missing. My partners brother died during our last scheduled stay in late November 2023. We had to cancel and lost our deposit as he died just days before our vacation. We were told our deposit would not be refunded since we did not cancel 15 days before our arrival How could we predict a death??? I even asked if i could move the deport to the following November 2024 but was told no...

I would love to consider this property a luxury hotel, but I can’t. Here’s why: 1. The towels have dirty stains in most of them. Can you guys not throw away stained towels and get new ones? Are your towels unable to smell like they’ve been washed? Do you use non sceneries towels? 2. The showers need to be updated. The cloth shower curtains have stains on them. The shower rod they use had major visible rust on it. Can you not have glass wall showers that look a thousand times better than the cloth shower. Urbanism with rusted rods? The soap dispensers in the bathroom were oddly placed. 3. Please update and or CLEAN AND REFRESH A/C UNITS so they blow out clean and breathable air. Update those simple things and you’d have a customer who came more often.

We loved all the plants specially Orchids. Nice to stay at nice Gay resort for men. Great staff and really good continential breakfast.
