"It was my 70th birthday on the 8th August. I thought it would be lovely to celebrate it with my family. 14 of us went -myself, husband, my 3 children and partners and my 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for us all. The house and garden were ideal. We all had a wonderful 3 days."

The communication with the owner/company could not have been better, would definitely stay at this property again or one of the others that they currently own in the area! "We booked a family/ friends trip away for Easter. The location was great, for the a waterfront view, a short walk to town and Roy’s! It was also a short walk from boat hire company for our day on the Broads. There were 3 spacious rooms for the adults and the dog. The owner was easy to contract via email and phone. The Kitchen could do with some more kitchen wear such as sharper knifes. Nevertheless we had some great meals and Easter lunch. Over it was a lovely weekend."

Lovely grounds with great views, and we were treated to a couple of amazing sunsets. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a really lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need in the property. It is very well maintained and the welcome pack of homemade bread and jam, eggs ,orange juice and crisps was delicious. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Jean and Brian are really good hosts and we would look at retuning in the future. "
