"Friendly staff"

"Stopped here a few times. Next to the airport, so great location for it. Check in was very easy. Rayeem (hope my memory is correct) was extremely friendly and pleasant. Quieter than you would expect and other people were considerate through the night.(I had some bad news late at night and didn't sleep). Got up at 4.30 and went down for the 'Grab and Go' breakfast and was pleasantly surprised that you could sit and have cereals and hot coffee along with croissants and muffins. "

"The Hilton was within walking distance to a bus and railway station. The property was clean. The bathroom counters were slightly stained, which I was told will be replaced in the near future "

"We had a very warm welcome by Justin even in midnight. The hotel is very new and nicely decorated both the lobby and inside room. Clean and tidy with neccessary amenoties. Parking is easy and spacious. The only bad thing may be the shower is locked on the wall."

"Great value hotel that included free parking. We had no issues getting a space. The hotel is quite old fashioned and the beds aren't the most comfortable but I believe you get what you pay for. The room was clean. The A/C was very loud so I needed to turn it off before bed. "

"We absolutely loved the hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with tube directions. We were very happy that they allowed us to pay for an extra days parking which enabled us to spend a day in London sight seeing before we returned home. The only down side was the breakfast. Nobody told us that you had to order English breakfast at the bar. Only the continental breakfast was laid out we assumed that’s all there was. Would have preferred the English breakfast laid out where you can pick what you want. After we realised you had to ask for the breakfast we were just given a plate with everything on which is not the best when there’s certain things you don’t like or can’t eat. "
