"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious although, the minibar didn't open. The pool area with sauna and steam room are nice additions to have and the rooftop bar is pleasant on a sunny day. We had slight difficulty when checking in as the member of staff seemed to struggle to understand us so the express check out was useful. Overall, a well-located and comfortable hotel. "

"Our room was huge & lovely ( junior suite). Spa area also nice & they had sauna as well. There was also tennis court & gym for hotel guest included. "

"Hotel reception staff were very welcoming. We asked to change our room as the first one smelt of smoke but this was done very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was good too - mostly buffet but we requested a vegetarian version from the menu which was nice. Parking was available right outside, a bit expensive but it was good for a central London hotel that there was some. Thank you. "

"Nice hotel. Room clean, bed comfortable, nice bath and shower. Only real issue was the curtains let a lot of light in which meant an unplanned early morning wake up. "
