"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lovely beach vibe and has everything you need. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats."

"Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great"

"We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. Parking is very tight...

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "
