"A great chalet located next to Sherpa supermarket and a short walk to the centre of Chatel with all the cafes, restaurants, bakeries and Super Chatel ski lift. The chalet is very clean, well equipped (washing machine a bonus) and warm. Hosts are great and easy to communicate with. The welcome gifts are a nice touch. Will definately recommend."

"Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. "Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

The check in was a pain as we were given a number but that number is not in use during check in day and instead a voice recording and new number in french. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered.
