"Great property and value for money , communication with the host was great and they helped us when our vehicle broke down. Only fault we could find was the top floor ceiling was very low and a bit of a problem for the adults. maybe a note in the initial booking form to explain this would be a good idea. Other than that PERFECT."

Ideal location for walking our dog and a wonderful pub providing exceptional food within a few minutes stroll. Splendid National Trust property almost on the doorstep. Within 40 minutes drive there is a large number of places to visit and the village has everything you need. Pub within a couple of minutes walk as well as shops for supplies. "Excellent property which was spotless, warm and cosy. A brill time was had by all 8 adults. We went to the black dog in Broadmayne New Year’s Eve. Everything we could wish for. Didn’t want to come home but all good things come to an end. Would recommend and definitely visit again."

"Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care."

"Nice place and have been twice now but I have to be honest that I was shocked at damp and mould on walls/ceiling and around patio doors in back bedroom. No problems anywhere else in property with damp. If this property has a cleaner coming in to turn it around then I think they need to be spoken too, as when you look close it’s not great. I would return if things improved as it a lovely setting and location"
