Cleanliness 10:10 staff 10:10 food 10:10 although I would like to give an extra point to the lady in charge of the dining room who went over the top to help me as I am slightly disabled?She took my luggage to my room and brought breakfast to me? "What can I say. Our stay was one of the best, if not the best stay I have ever had. I love this hotel. Beautiful grounds, beautiful food, beautiful building. I want to give a special mention to Thomas and Flo on reception. They were incredible. Breakfast to go was ready for 5.00am (we were hiking the three peaks) and nothing was too much for these two staff. Flo was so helpful and friendly and Thomas was such a delight to deal with. The spa: WOW! Pricey but worth it. Wonderful. I’ll see this hotel soon! "

"Lovely welcome. Room clean Only downside was the family room was facing the car park and outside of the window was a gang of drug users. At 3am they starting fighting obviously high on drugs. A little bit intimidating to my daughters and I. Maybe you could have cameras to be aware if this? "
