"The Villa was basic but clean, did the job and we had a really lovely week. The pool and outdoor seating area were great and where we spent most of the time. The walk to the beach isn't too far but is down a lot (130!) of very steep steps which won't be good for anyone with mobility issues. It's 2 mins walk from Club Menorca which was a stunning place to drink/eat. Bit surprised I booked via vrbo and then was contacted by Agni Travel and then Sun Villas but all were very responsive and helpful...

"This is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday, with everything you need within easy reach. Good restaurants, a small, but well stocked, supermarket and a lovely beach are all within a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The villa is very clean and extremely well equipped (we counted 5 corkscrews!!) and located in a residential area which is wonderfully peaceful. "The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. The house has two stories and also a bedroom & shower on the main floor, with was used by one family member who preferred to not use the stairs. We had a great time...

"This was an amazing villa right on the sea front. The aircon in the bedrooms was a welcome relief from the heat. I wish the living room also had aircon as it was uncomfortably hot, however the large outside space and pool was where we spent most of our time (bring mosquito repellent for the evenings). The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance and right on the beach. I would have no issues recommending this villa."

"Nice big property for a family. Pool is lovely ,we were 9 of us 5 adults and 4 children so the pool size was just right. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and plenty of outdoor eating space. Short walk (2 minutes) to supermarkets but a bus ride to the beach. Bus stop 5 mins walk. Port also a bus ride especially when it's hot.
