5/5 Excellent
Luxurious.
"Was upgraded to a suite @£88 from double room and never regretted.
Everything was great and room service dinner was good quality.
Only gripe was breakfast was £21/- per head that we skipped it and instead went to a well reviewed a breakfast place near the new street station"

"Property was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly. Only 2 minor things to point out. 1 bedside lamp in the room was covered in strange brown stains. And the shower could use an extra grab rail as for those with slight mobility issues could slip on the wet floor as the nearest rail is more than arms reach when stepping out of the shower. Breakfast was lovely, and much better than other local hotel alternatives. Would stay again. "
