"Great breakfast and coffee, rooms were clean and the staff were friendly; conveniently located to a variety of restaurants (5 min drive); very close to downtown Portsmouth, NH and the shopping outlets in Kittery; a drive away from Ogunquit and neighboring towns; 45 min drive to Portland; didn’t try the outdoor pool, but it opened the weekend we got there (May 18). "We were there for the NH Ren Faire and we found the hotel to be perfectly located. Not far from Fremont, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The room was quiet, clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. I like you can crack open the slider for fresh air. We will be returning next year. Very happy. "
