"The staff were absolutely superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they made my husband, granddaughter and dog very welcome. The Sunday morning breakfast was a bit chaotic. Very busy and the hot food was disappearing very quickly, so there was always a key item missing. The staff were doing their best though. Lots of ceiling cobwebs in the room!"

"It was an excellent start to our UK vacation, quiet room, nice, comfortable dining room/pub. As we were visiting a local resident, I can’t speak to transportation or shopping. "

"Lovely stay… on arrival we had our Room upgraded to a lovely big room with king size bed and a sofa ..lovely big shower and was totally spotless. And the all the staff were so very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again if only for the amazing very tasty breakfast which was 5 star could not fault anything about this hotel."
