"Loved my stay! …. Treated myself to a nights stay after a stressful week and it was just what I needed. Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Stevie, Tim, Annie and Sam for making my stay so relaxing! "

"We had a quick overnight stay. The staff at reception were great, welcoming and got us a room super quick so we could have a quick refresh and head straight out. "

"Very helpful at reception on arrival, and a warm welcome. Place is in need of some refurbishment but on the whole I found my room to be clean and fresh. Wi-Fi is NOT password protected which is not great. Breakfast was basic but OK, I left a little hungry though. Great location by the Thames and Would stay again if on a budget."

"The staff made my stay! They went the extra mile to meet my dietary needs and were friendly, helpful and kindly towards me when booking in and at meal times. The room was a good size and the super king was great because I am tall. The bath was a good size and the shower had suitable pressure but was not the best shower but certainly up to the job. Car parking was easy."
