"I would give 5* just for the breakfast staff working Saturday 18th, all super friendly and had a good attitude (Steven, Mara, raka). Too many issues with the room, ac not working properly, window broken, water leaking which affected water pressure, this wasnt told to us at check in, only found out when we called to complain, they charge you £6 just to send up some ice."

"Loved my stay! …. Treated myself to a nights stay after a stressful week and it was just what I needed. Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Stevie, Tim, Annie and Sam for making my stay so...

"We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. We did use the hob to cook breakfast and found everything we needed in the kitchen. "

"this booking was a scam!! I was left sitting outside of a property surrounded by flats and nobody would answer the door. I could not contact the owners, despite 8 phone calls, text messages and voicemails. After 2 1/2 hours, I had to find alternative accommodation. To add insult to injury, Hotels.com did nothing to help me at all. I was on a business trip and it stressed me out completely. all the food I had bought to cook for myself was ruined as I had to leave it in the back of the car. ...
