"We arrived a little early to find that our room was ready. The only hiccup we has was we were given two queen beds when we booked a king. The original receptionist told us that there were no more king rooms, but when I showed her my reciept, she notified the manager who was able to rectify the situation. "We love the Hyatt Cambridge. We haven’t been in 10 years and we loved that they added a new additional hot tub for adults on the other side of the infinity pool, where you could relax and enjoy the view of the river. Everything is always so top notch and staff is friendly and accommodating. "
