"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."

"Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

"We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed pottering round Rye and mornings on the beach. Robin Hill is a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and comfortable family home. "I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight."

"We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! "The hotel was good. I had a sea facing room. The room was spacious but the mirror light was not functioning. We couldn't keep the window open and it was so hard to open. We wanted to open the window and turn the AC off as this was right above the bed. The room was too warm with the AC off and blows too cold even on the low setting when it was on, so we would have liked to just open the window but this was too difficult to open and aslo impossible to keep open"
