"When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks. "

"Easy no frills check in. Haven’t seen any staff, we didn’t need them during our 2 night stay. Codes to access doors. Looks newly renovated. Room 7 on the 2nd floor has lovely view of the sea. Looks very clean and tidy but may need closer attention behind bedside lamps when cleaning as cobwebs seen. Has clothes cupboard meant for children, adult hangers cant fit in it. Lacking hooks to hang your jackets/ coats. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your robe. Biggest issue is that you can hear your...

"Great location. The hotel was good value at 2024 prices in this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was excellent. The room was good at this price point. The hotel also has it's own off-street parking which was important to us as we were on motorcycles. "

"We really enjoyed our stay with The Castle Inn! The team were very welcoming to us and our dogs, the rooms were well presented, clean and comfortable. There is a good selection of local drinks available and the food selection and quality was outstanding! The little things really stood out too, such as the “Hungry Dawg” menu for the four-legged ones, a well presented beer garden for the warmer months and a beautiful restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit west...

"A wonderful place to stay. 2 miles from Tenby. The owners are so friendly, as are the staff. The rooms are well appointed and all are ground floor. The food is home cooked and excellent. The car park is large, and of course free. There is a patio area for those summer drinks. The railway station is next door and a bus service close by. However parking is cheap in Tenby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Good acomodation booked in with the new property owner Kurt, we were the second transaction made on his hotel account, chap by the bar beat us to no 1 position by a matter of minutes, Kurt had recently bought the Castle Hotel friday the 1st of September was his first day so basically hit the road running! He explained theres going to be big changes / improvements over the coming months so watch the space, as a New Zealander the bar area is going to be a sport bar area with some great rugby...
