"For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time."

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"Excellent room. Jacuzzi bath made it extra special. You need to wear ear plugs at night other it would be difficult to sleep with noise from bars and nightclub. 10 minutes on train to Amsterdam and trsins are very regular. Restaurants all very close by. Would definitely visit again "

"My stay was fantastic! The location was amazing, and the staff was friendly. I opted out of the breakfast, which was a mistake. I ended up adding it on later. I thought that I would be able to grab something at a local café, but nothing opened until around 10am. This could’ve been because of the time of year I went. "The only thing I would say is that not accepting cash for drinks etc wasn't great as some ppl take a certain amount of cash to spread over their break so only accepting cards was a bit of stress."

"Good property overall. Nice and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. My only peeve was (baring in mind I arrived very late that night) housekeeping came to clean the room at about 9am, it was no later than 9:30am. This is fine for some but if not ready at that time then you miss the opportunity for the whole day. "
