"Ocean club east is a great resort. It is near shopping areas and restaurants. Theres a shuttle that takes guest to the west location where all shops are. The facility is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. It's great for families."

"First is the friendly greeting every time you approach the front desk- they are efficient and always helpful! The rooms are made up beautifully and the cleaning service people are also so friendly! The complimentary breakfast is truly outstanding and sets this resort apart from others when making travel decisions. Finally, the people at the water front are always attentive to get lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your use. We stayed last year and again this year, recommending Ports of Call to friends and family - please don’t change a thing. My slogan for you would be “ A gem that has it all”!"

"Zenza was great, due to it being a small property. You really didn’t run into other guest which was nice. Staff was really nice and helpful. They have bikes free for the guest and a golf cart to take you to the beach. "

"We really enjoyed our room at the Sands. It’s close to shopping and dining and the restaurant on site was very good. Eating and drinking in Turks and Caicos is very expensive but they have beach cruiser bikes you can borrow and take a quick ride down to the grocery store to pick up some food and drinks and go check out the cute town with fun shopping and restaurants. The room had, a nice little kitchenette and separate living space from the bedroom. We would absolutely stay here again, especially if we take our kids so they can have their own bedroom. The pool was super nice and the staff was awesome! Facility was very clean."

"The grounds and the beach were beautiful and our room was absolutely gorgeous. It is a small resort with 1 pool and 1 restaurant. It is in a quiet section of the island. You must take a taxi to go into town or you can walk on the beach for about a mile. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is construction going on right next door "

"Stayed 4 nights on a couples trip we loved the property. We loved the front desk receptionist Alba and we were greeted with a welcome beverage and a cold lemongrass cloth from Alan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and I would stay there again."
