Ports of Call Resort suited our needs nicely for the week that we spent in Turks. The set up of the hotel makes for great socializing with the other guests. Decent pool and lounging area with a ping pong and pool table were fun. Breakfast was very much appreciated and was kept fresh and full, the sweet buns were delicious! The computers in main lobby were handy and we utilized them often. The room was a very comfortable set up, good beds, adequate sitting area. We used all the little extras like the blow dyer. iron and board, room safe and particularly loved the clothes line in the shower, may have to get one of those for home! The location was accessible to most everything. Close to the beautiful Grace Bay beach, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and most importantly the Graceway IGA. This grocery store was wonderful! It is very expensive to dine out every night on the island so check out the deli section for fresh, delicious and reasonably price food as a great alternative to nightly dining out. The owner of Ports of Call is super friendly and added a nice personal touch by greeting his guests with a sincere hello, much appreciated!

The rooms are ok. What you would expect for an inexpensive place to stay on Provo. The hotel has free shuttle to/from airport and Grace Bay Beach. Because taxis cost $16.50 per person one way to the beach that is a significant savings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are not many good places to eat within walking distance.

Went with wife and another couple in April. 2015. We shred the 2 bedroom Magnolia apt.
As a place to stay could not ask for more from the site. Rooms excellent, clean and in good condition. Luz and the staff very helpful and met all our needs promptly and courteously.
Only thing that could be better is location. Kind of down the island from the main attractions, restaurants and stores of the Grace Bay area.
If you are going to the Turks and Caicos and want to hang locally by the pool or beach to relax with family or friends(which we did) you could not do better.
If you want to go out to dinner every night or hang in the bars, and don't want to drive, stay in Grace Bay.
But this is a great place for relaxing and avoiding the crowds. Weather was perfect. Place was great: well equipped and everything worked well.

I had a great time there. It is a peaceful place. The staff was very accommodated. I asked for a change of room and they changed me the next day to the room I requested. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The view is beautiful. I only can say "thank you" to the staff and the people in the island.
