"Staff was friendly. Rooms and facility were clean. Room was very clean and the daily service was great. It was being renovated while we were there. Minor inconvenience. Some outlets in the room didn't work as a result however the staff was very quick to remedy. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage pasties, cereal etc. The only downside was that the mattress had a ridge so high I thought someone else was in the bed with me. Lol. Very uncomfortable. "Hotel is within walking distance to broadway, Ubers are cheap if you don’t want to walk, also can rent scooters to ride back and forth great location "

The room was clean and there was no bad smell of humidity, cigarettes, etc. And the breakfast was very good and the employees in that area were very helpful."

"We were in Nashville for a Drs. appointment and spent the night. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. Maybe not a great area but we felt safe. It was located 1.5 miles from broadway and the bars and restaurants. Weekday rates were very reasonable and we would definitely stay there again."

"This property is being torn down. I made a reservation at a property that was in rubble when I arrived. Closed. Condemned. Dark. I had to drive and find somewhere else to stay. Take their hotel off your search so this doesn’t happen to someone else. "

"The property was newer and very clean. We were happy to be walking distance to Beale St. and convenient to most sites. Our only complaint was the “Gran Prix” raceway on Union St until 2:30 am, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. We felt that we were safe, even walking before dark. The parking area was gated and well lit."
