"This was our second time staying here and it was even better than I remembered! Very clean, friendly staff and our room was AMAZING!! We love that there is a mini fridge/microwave/coffee pot. Our shower was awesome, clean and it had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Their walnut chocolate chip cookies are the BEST treat! Would HIGHLY recommend 10/10 "

"This is a pretty good property for the money. The only issue we had was that the heating wasn't great in the room and we were there doing a cold spell and the bathroom could have used some tlc. Comfortable bed and lots of space. I know they're trying to keep some of the property historical but they've missed the mark on a few things. All in all, a good stay. We would probably stay there again. Great staff!"

"Hotel is in a perfect location in Deadwood. The staff is friendly and attentive. We stay here whenever we can. It is a typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast, which is not good. The poor breakfast does not detract from the hotel. We just eat down the street and have a good meal. Will stay here again when we are in town. "

"Very unique concept. Checked in at the desk. When I inquired about the restaurant, I had a choice between pizza and wings. Not a problem. the gentleman at the desk, now became the waiter and cook. While waiting on food, the same gentlemen then became the bartender! Good food, cold beer, prompt service! The rooms could definitely use repair and updating, but for the price it was fine. It appears to be work in process. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again and hope to see improvements in time."
