"The staff (Stephano) was very welcoming and helpful. However, the ad for this hotel said they offer airport transportation and it’s located close to the airport so that’s why we booked it. On the day of check-in, I called to anrrange our shuttle (since it was very early the next day) and the concierge said they don’t actually have any sort of airport transportation. This was very disappointing and frustrating since it’s in their ad and is the only reason we chose this hotel over others. "

"great place to stay in milan, location was good, close to everything, except for the few homeless sleeping very near the hotel entrance, it was safe. apparently, the staff doesn’t help with luggage, surprisingly for the 4 star hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise. i would still recommend it highly,"
