Felt like they were short of staff as no one came when we needed them. The buffet was not well managed as well- short of dining plates, tables were not clean- we had to eat on a dirty table, and some guests had breakfast in the gallery adjoining the restaurant. We asked a person to clean the table, but no luck! The food was also not good. It was hard...

"A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. "

I’m so impressed with this hotel and best thing I liked is the location, so convenient to go to any part of thie city from there. All staffs were friendly and helpful especially manger Mr Binoy. I’ll never forget the smiling face of Mr Raseel, Geoji and Anup who were at the front desk always willing to help you .The food was very good and appreciate the hospitality of the restaurant staff especially Mr Ravi....
