Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly. Location is great. Food at this property is very good. Everything we tried on the menu was awesome. Rummet var ok, dock kändes renligheten inte helt ok. Åt aldrig på restaurangen så den kan vi inte bedöma. Vi hade inga problem med varmvatten i duschen och inte heller med mosquitos. Vi upplevde servicen i receptionen som lite oprofessionell och nonchalant, dock inte otrevlig på något sätt. Everything else was not worth the money e.g. dirty rooms with hair on floor, dirty curtain, filthy lounge, no hot water (and no water pressure) and dismissive staff. The staff are really helpful and organised taxi transfer from Ernakulam train station. The morning nature walk is not really a nature walk, just down to the waterfall and back but its well worth it. It provides a pleasant taste of Kerala, I enjoyed the soft floral 'aappam' with honey. like I do with pan cakes. The staff are also very responsive. Food is reasonably good and the resort is centrally located .
