"The hotel is inside a gated community which felt very safe. It was on the beach which was beautiful. I stayed with my family at the beginning or the low season it wasn’t crowded at all which was wonderful. The restaurant food and staff were amazing, the hotel concierge were super nice and friendly. The spa girl was great. The rooms were clean and near and beautiful. Some helpful tools for future guests would be to bring your own toiletries and plenty of bug spray. "We are a family of 7 with 5 children ranging from pre teens to late teens. We had an incredible experience, the staff was accommodating and helpful and the premises and rooms were clean and well maintained. There were many options for dining and the bars were well stocked with top shelf brands. Overall a positive and enjoyable experience. "

"Wish I could leave a review of the Villa separate from Ocean Village as a whole. The villa we stayed in was clean & had everything we needed. The owner was gracious enough to stop by, introduce himself and ask if we needed anything. I would give his Villa 5 stars. But the property as a whole, Ocean Village, was awful. We were there for a wedding. The guards gave us a hard time every time we left the property and wanted to return. Why they don't have parking passes or something like it, so the...
