"Excellent service from the staff. Very nice entry system through the phone. Unfortunately the pillows were square and not comfortable. The mattress has no springs was just one big marshmallow. Once you sink in there's no escape. "

El lugar, nuevo, limpio y acogedor, la propietaria encantadora, servicial y tranquila: nos llevó a nuestro lugar de trabajo sin cobrarnos nada, el desayuno, completísimo. Tienen unos ventanales enormes desde donde se ven burritos y ponys, además de conejos. Y hay un silencio y una luz especial. Lo recomiendo efusivamente."

"The property is attached to the train station which is great. There was food in and around the hotel, which was also good. However, once you left the train station area, we did not feel safe and there was nothing around this area. Yes, lots of taxi's to get to central city. They did not have the A/C on and the rooms were really hot. This is my biggest complaint. "

"The property is nice with lovely service. The rooms are small and a bit dated. It drives me a little nuts when hotels say they have a gym but they don’t. All the machines were broken and didn’t work. It was just a junk room not a gym. Wouldn’t take much but I guess they don’t care. "

"Very lovely hostel! Clean rooms and common area, the breakfast is a great deal as well. Staff were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Their backyard is a beautiful spot to hang out in. The location is very close to the Flixbus station as well as to the local transport. Would absolutely come back here the next time I'm in Ghent."

"The hotel is very clean and tidy, however it also reflects the age of the building, so it is not modern and swish but more rustic and practical. What this hotel has is the central location with a short 5 minute walking distance to St Bavo's cathedral and the main attractions/shops. The hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful. If you travel by car, you can drop off luggage on the side road next to the hotel but will have to park closer to the central areas which are not free but not...

"Rooms were small but comfortable. Service was fantastic! Loved the suggestions for food, drinks and tips on using public transportation! Very friendly! If you're looking for a no-frills place to spend the night while visiting Ghent, I'd recommend this place!"
