"The staff went the extra mile to accommodate any request. They provide a golf buggy pick up and drop off around the resort (it is 2km long) and also run a modified buggy (bula bus) constantly 24/7. The villa was exactly as we booked and they even thought to put us a short walk to the restaurant (1 of 3) that was closest to us."

Was very disappointed when Iwe were told no chance of an upgrade. Surprised as it was the day b4 and it was a midweek stay. Otherwise enjoyable. "

"The receptionist that welcomed us was super helpful (he’s from Germany). The only thing I found was that the dishes were not clean so I suggest you clean the dishes after guests regardless as the bowl and wine glasses were not washed properly."

"Overall enjoyed our stay here. Great central location and great views from our Ocean View Apartment. Reception Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool facilities very good. Was disappointed apartment was not that clean, also needed to wipe kitchen tops as could see where glasses or mugs had been. Coffee machine not working, someone came to look at it and said someone else would need to come but didnt see anyone. Had late check out but cleaner still tried to come in earlier while we were still...
