Jo and Rick go above and beyond to ensure the grounds are clean and well-maintained, the villas were designed with tourists in mind and have everything you could possibly need during your stay. The bed is beyond comfortable and the Villa offers a relaxed, secluded, and home away from home vibe. The location is great with a bakery opposite and restaurants within walking distance, everything else is a short drive or bus ride if you feel the need...

"What a fantastic getaway, David's little cabin is incredible, to be honest, the photos don't do it any justice, it's such a nice cosy little spot. Sit out on the deck, and crack a cold beer or enjoy a wine with amazing views. So close to Kangaroo valley town as well. Will be back."

"My husbnd & I found it lovely! We stayed 3 nights…wished we had a week. Beach Breeze perfect. Sound of the waves lulled us to sleep. Woke to amazing sunsets each morning. Night sky is phenomenal. It would of been nice to know how to turn the outside timer lights off when stargazing or retiring for the night.!"

"The villa worked well for our young family. It was a great size and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The location of the villa was in a nice spot set amongst the bushland. Kids loved walking over the nearby foot bridge. Even though we were close to Caves Rd it sure didn’t feel like it. Being on caves road worked well for us as the villa was situated between yallingup and Dunsborough making it an easy drive to most attractions. There was also a foot path to Dunsborough town. "We stayed a few nights in this one bedroom villa. The little courtyards were great for our dogs. The premises were clean and well equipped. We had problems with the hot water system, maybe there was a knack to it that we didn't have. Garrick was responsive to messages and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
