Villa Verde Margaret River

Villa Verde is located in a secure unit complex, within easy walking distance of the Margaret River main street. The property is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa with private parking. The Villa boasts a large open plan living and kitchen area. Guests have access to all the comforts of home here. Theres a fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and mater bedroom. Flat screen TV and blue ray DVD player, washing machine and dryer and access to WiFi. The property has a private alfresco area, ideal for enjoying a BBQ or simply relaxing on the outdoor furniture. The courtyard has a bird house that attracts several species of wild parrots!
The Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 king singles. The property is perfect for families, small groups or couples looking for a centrally located getaway in Margaret River. Its a great base to explore world class wineries and breweries. Pristine beaches and surf breaks are only an 8 minute drive away. The national park is also on your doorstep, access to forest trails and the Margaret River are within a 3 minute walk. The property is located just behind the Margaret River main street, cafes, bars and restaurants are all close by.

Awesome place

Awesome place to stay and walking distance to the main drag. Heaps of room for myself and the kids and very comfy apartment. Will definitely come back and stay here again

Perfect stay in Margs.

We took my 91 year old mum to Margaret River, is her favourite place when here, from U.K. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We chose this property for mum to be able to get around easily, we weren’t disappointed. It is at the bottom end of town, but this meant that we had an easy walk back after browsing the shops! We would recommend this property for anyone.

The property is exactly as advertised. The location is great, a short walk to the main street in Margaret River. The house was spotless clean, the shower head water pressure is fantastic and the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

New Modern and convenient location

The house is very clean and modern. Great location with just a few minutes walk from the Main Street make it very convenient. My family enjoy the short stay for our vacation. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

Beautiful unit located in Margaret River town, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Fireplace was great with the winter weather. Well equipped with everything you would need.

The property was well appointed, everything you could need, certainly for our few days. It is centrally located for the town itself, and the wider area. We've had a great few days.... Finally, any communication with the host has been excellent...not always the case

This Villa is in a perfect location just back from the Main Street so no road noise but has at the end of driveway a set of stairs that give you access to the Main Street. The excellent bakery is just around the corner. The Villa was very well equipped and had the added bonus of a combustion wood fire as well as airconditioning. Would definitely stay again.

Very good property

The cleaning standard was not up to par upon checking in. After pointing out the shortcomings Lucy agreed with my observations and promptly took action to correct the issues. The house is in a perfect location close to grocery and restaurants. House is also large and well appointed. Please note there is only one AC unit in the house in the kitchen/living room area, so some bedrooms do not cool down quite enough. I would stay there again.

Villa Verde

Property was exactly as described, well presented, very clean/tidy and everything was working. Nice comfortable beds and the showers were good. Great location with just short walk into town, restaurants, the river walk and the local skate park. Would we at Villa Verde stay again? Most definitely.

We had a great stay at the property! Very clean, central location, clear communication. Would have been great if Nespresso pods, shampoo no and conditioner were provided like all other self-contained rentals. The essentials matter.

Fabulous property and location

We have just enjoyed a fantastic week in Margaret River. The location of Villa Verde is tremendous, right in the heart of town but off the main road so not bothered by any traffic noise. Really impressed with the cleanliness upon arrival, and the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen offer everything required for a holiday. The huge "smart" tv was a real bonus, considering FIFA WC 2022 kicked off during our stay. We will have no hesitation in booking Villa Verde for our next trip south.
