The rooms are a bit dated, but I can only imagine how constrained they are with renovations given that it would (I assume) be a heritage-listed building. I do like the rooms because they are spacious. It's well maintained and always clean. The front desk and concierge staff are perfunctory, unlike previous visits where they were more welcoming and helpful. A pet peeve this trip is that they no longer provide complimentary bottles of water in the room.
