"The reviews are pretty spot on for this spot. It’s a clean no frills spot to park and spend the night. Although it’s near the freeway there wasn’t any noise from the traffic. The only issue I had at the property is staying on the bottom floor the noise from the guests above was really loud. Likely a combination of an older property and guests who walked hard and often. "This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated after a long and difficult drive - thank you Mr H. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was also very quiet which was important to us - we never heard any other guest. We ate at the resort twice and were very happy with our meals. It was just 20 minutes outside of Flagstaff and an hour away from Sedona, which had been our original destination but so pleased we changed our plans. A shout out to Stephanie as well -...

"Very clean, especially considering this is a pet friendly hotel. There is a $25 per pet fee that you are charged upon check-in. Quiet and close to basics like Walmart and fast food. Convent location right off the highway."
