"The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The property is well maintained and conveniently located near the airport. The complimentary shuttle service made transportation to the airport easy and stress-free. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed."
"The room was very nice, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated. There was some carpet replacement being done in the hallways while we were there. The hotel was within walking distance to a couple nice breakfast stops, the Space Needle and the monorail to downtown. We used it as a place to stay before our cruise. Just a heads up for those coming from out of town if you get the hotels car service or a licensed taxi the drivers really push for cash. They act like they don't understand when you say card and you have to be adamant you are not paying with cash."
"It was a great stay and very nice location.
If you’re not on the 7th or up floor… your view won’t be amazing. However, there are small balconies and that’s very nice.
Staff was nice, some seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
Parking to get in the building from the garage is confusing if you don’t walk down to the bottom and then enter. However, easy parking garage and very handy.
Truly nothing to complain about unless you want to complain to complain.
It’s a good hotel. Note, the water bottles in the room are small and cost 4$ a bottle… they’re free at cheaper hotels."
"Older hotel but updated and clean rooms. We had Deluxe suite with 2 bathrooms and separate sitting room. We used Valet parking which is $55 per night. It could be difficult to find parking around the area. We did not use the restaurant in the hotel but there are so many place within walking distance. Staff very friendly."
"Clean room. Comfortable beds. Didn't eat at the hotel but they do have free take-out coffee at their restaurant. Good location. About a 15-20 minute walk, I walk slow so it might be less time for some, to Pikes Place Market with no steep hills. Take a left out of the hotel, at the first light take a right, when you come to Pike Street, hang a left and that will take you to the market."
