The staff was very apologetic, however I contacted the front desk the night prior to arrival and was told that I could check-in an hour early. "The service from the manager Timothy was excellent. The service from Brooklyn at the restaurant/bar was excellent. I loved her Bloody Mary! She was off one night and I did receive a totally different (and awful) Bloody Mary from another employee. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room furniture is uncomfortable- that straight backed chair and awful hide-a-bed loveseat. The bed was just ok- not great! The toilets, showers, and our AC was all so loud!! The water temp would scald you...

In all the hotel I’ve stayed, none compares to the quality and abundance of the breakfast items offered at this location. Marbelia’s care for cleanliness, upkeep and care is bar none.
