Our room was clean and functional. We checked in with the best staff member. She helped us book a room for the following night after our plans to leave changed. It was an easy process and she was pleasantly helpful. The pool area was well maintained and good size for meeting up with fellow travelers. The common area was a bit small but had enough space to enjoy company. The breakfast was good and had everything we needed. It seems to be located in a louder area of town, so I would bring a fan to drown out the traffic and noise through the thin walls. We would book a room here again.

This was actually my first time staying at a BW property. The property was in a great location. The hotel overall was clean. But Ms. Michelle made my stay extra special. There were a group of kids there and upon arrival the hotel was noisy. But it was still early. She seen my facial expression and assured me that it was going to be ok. Every day she checked on me and even knew me by name, that made me feel good.
