The room was freezing with only heating coming from air conditioning which is linked in to go off if you leave the room. We had booked for two nights but had to cancel second night due to cold. The hotel were not that helpful just saying to contact hotel.com to refund second night. No WiFi code given on arrival or information on breakfast times. "When we arrived at the hotel we were told that our rate covered both breakfast and dinner. While checking out we realized that we were charged for all 5 dinners we chose to ate at the hotel since we thought they were included in our pricing. The staff did nothing to resolve the issue. The managers were suddenly nowhere to be found. We will not be returning to this establishment. "

"This place has a great location. There is no aircon in the main bedroom is a negative. I ended up sleeping out in the living room as the main bedroom gets very hot and aircon can’t cool it down from so far away. It’s difficult to ‘check in’ to this place when you are a foreigner with no phone service and they want you to call them on arrival. "
