The room was freezing with only heating coming from air conditioning which is linked in to go off if you leave the room. We had booked for two nights but had to cancel second night due to cold. "This property is amazing. It is beautifully designed and well maintained. Our only issue was the shower in our room (we stayed in one of the garden rooms). The water is everywhere in the bathroom cause shower is not well isolated from the rest. It doesn't dry up fast and causes a weird smell in the room. This was the only hickup for this amazing hotel. The area is perfect. and it looks like heaven on earth. The food is to die for. Staff are very kind. Except the design of the shower in garden...

"Other than the hotel's location and breakfast, there was not much to like about this hotel. We were given an apart room which was in poor condition. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and was old and full of cigarette burn marks. The room was overall dirty, including the bathroom. The shower holder was broken and when the tap was on, it would get dislocated from its place each time. We brought this issues to the attention of hotel management and the only thing they did was to jot them down...
