The room was freezing with only heating coming from air conditioning which is linked in to go off if you leave the room. We had booked for two nights but had to cancel second night due to cold. The hotel were not that helpful just saying to contact hotel.com to refund second night. No WiFi code given on arrival or information on breakfast times. "This property is amazing. It is beautifully designed and well maintained. Our only issue was the shower in our room (we stayed in one of the garden rooms). The water is everywhere in the bathroom cause shower is not well isolated from the rest. It doesn't dry up fast and causes a weird smell in the room. This was the only hickup for this amazing hotel. The area is perfect. and it looks like heaven on earth. The food is to die for. Staff are very kind. Except the design of the shower in garden...

"This place has a great location. There is no aircon in the main bedroom is a negative. I ended up sleeping out in the living room as the main bedroom gets very hot and aircon can’t cool it down from so far away. It’s difficult to ‘check in’ to this place when you are a foreigner with no phone service and they want you to call them on arrival. "

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and was old and full of cigarette burn marks. The room was overall dirty, including the bathroom.
