We loved our time despite the altitude sickness. The resort was very responsive to bring oxygen. The level of service was lovely. My only suggestion would be to inform guest to open windows in room to have fresh air flow to help with altitude issues. Mr Willington gets a 5 start for service and attention.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Gorgeous and opulent interior, friendly staff that go way beyond the normal hotel experience, and incredible historic hotel. We were greeted with tea and chocolates. When my travel companion got altitude sickness, the reception staff immediately helped her and she got better. The restaurant food and staff were incredible and friendly. The bartender and pisco class were excellent. There was even an adorable young alpaca (Inti) near the courtyard that took the ambiance over the top. A great place!

Everything about this property from the moment you enter through the big blue doors is luxurious! And not in a pompous way, they're so so friendly and hospitable. Nothing is too much trouble, and there is always someone on hand to answer any questions, or give advice on things to do around Cusco. They have little tours explaining the paintings around the hotel and its history, and a great surprise was a daily pisco cocktail making class..A super fun activity to pass time as it was raining outside and also delicious obviously! The concierge staff showed us up to our room and explained everything, there was complimentary coca tea, mint tea and refillable water available 24 hours, and having visited other 5star hotels in Cusco you realise at how perfect and welcome these little touches are at such high altitude! Now to the Breakfast, WOW, one of the best selections we experienced in the whole of Peru, you have the option of their delicious array in their buffet area, or you can order off of their menu, I did both, because, hey whyyy not! The whole experience was wonderful, and having stayed at another 5 star resort in Cusco a couple of days later, we regretted not coming back to Palacio Del Inka instead! A gem in the Marriot Luxury Collection! Thanks for having us Palacio Del Inka!

El hotel es muy lindo , en la parte positiva, el hotel es servicial y agradable,pero a la vez es un lugar sin demasiada iluminación y lúgubre. El staff está continuamente buscando una propina, por ejemplo, pedimos servicio a la habitación y la persona que nos trajo la comida nos dijo que el tip no estaba incluido , lo cual era una mentira. El spa es demasiado pequeño para el tamaño del hotel, y dejan que los otros huéspedes hablen a los gritos en el. Pagamos una cantidad exagerada para la comida de año nuevo, que resultó de muy mala calidad y terrible servicio, el mozo que no estuvo presente en toda la noche nos persiguió para que le dieramos la propina por las dos copas de vino que no estaban incluidas en una cena de 500 dólares, y por último, el día que nos íbamos se negaron a darnos un late chek out, pero nos aseguraron que cuidarían de nuestras maletas en la bodega, nos fuimos confiados y al volver vimos que todas nuestras pertenencias estaban en el medio del hall y que jamás habían sido guardadas... Descubrimos ese día el monasterio y el convento y los dos hoteles nos parecieron de un nivel muy superior tanto en la infrastructura como en sus alrededores.

Property is beautiful and the staff is so kind and attentive. Upon arrival we were greeted right away and throughout our stay everyone was always willing to go above and beyond. Property is beautiful, the restaurant serves delicious food, they have a terrace with a fountain that was enjoyable with a bon fire in the evening. Hotel is quiet, immaculately clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Property and the area around always felt safe. Many places to shop, eat, and do laundry around as well within walking distance including their town square. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. They also provide oxygen tanks for those in need due to altitude sickness. Only downside is rooms felt a little dark, other than that everything was perfection! If you’re wondering where to stay while in Cusco, this IS the place. Would love to comeback in the near future, and grateful that they made our home away from home a comfortable one.

Everything is very warm and welcome from the time you step in, it's close to a lot in the city. All the people are very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was breath taking just like the whole hotel, food was delicious and overall the experience was spectacular! WORTH IT, U WON'T REGRET ANYTHING HERE!

Incredible service, very warm and genuine, gorgeous surroundings, lots of lovely extras. Wish we were staying more than one night! Also has all the amenities like a typical American hotel which after ten days in Perú feels extra special. Perfect location too. Rooms are quiet. A powerful performance in the lobby not to be missed! Did I mention the service?!! It rivals a Swiss hotel in that department. Love it. Two thumbs way up!

The hotel was centrally located. The staff were super sweet and helpful. we travelled with kids and our room was perfect for a family of 4. the French toast was the best I have ever had.

The historic Inca palace is beautiful, but the staff is what made our stay so good. They went out of their way to be kind--things like remembering us by name at breakfast and helping us with guides, airport pickup and numerous other travel details. We had an amazing visit, loved Cusco and hope to go back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxury hotel in Cusco, Peru, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cusco. From the historic Inka temple setting to the incredible artwork and exceptional amenities, it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.

The hotel is amazing, however we had no air conditioner for 6 days. It is historic, so keep that in mind when you book. They did bring fans; which helped a little. I booked via Expedia and the hotel said they would not add my Marriott rewards because I did not book directly with them.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! It’s like you are in a palace! The staff is very friendly, helpful and at your service! There is a free tour around the property. Plenty of stunning paintings and architecture. There is a free pisco sour class at the bar. The spa was very elegant. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a very large selection and fine dining service with a person playing the harp while you eat!! Would definitely recommend!

Un desastre el hotel. Nos dieron una habitación con puerta del baño vidriada sin privacidad. La ducha muy baja e incómoda. Mido 1,85 metros y me tocaba la cabeza. No habia cafetera en la habitación y el frigobar vacio. Cuando consultamos por esto nos dijeron que algunas habitaciones aleatoriamente no lo tienen. Una verguenza. El spa lo cobran aparte. La atención del frontdesk malisima. No tienen información sobre el hotel. Realmente nuestra estadía no fue buena.

Check in at this beautifully historic property was the very best check in I’ve ever had. The gentleman was extremely courteous and informative and made us feel welcomed right away. Concierge was the same. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and professional. Room was spacious as it had a separate living area, abundant closet space and large bedroom. Both rooms had small balconies overlooking a narrow street which was quite busy during the day. However room was very guilt once balcony doors were shut. Bar was a bit on the dark side, but service was friendly, attentive and food was good. I’d highly recommend. Everything was spotless, beds were comfortable, service impeccable and you can walk to the square in mere minutes

The check-in staff were outstanding -- very kind and attentive. We had a bit of a knotty situation with one of our reservations not having gone through and the staff worked it out in a way that saved us a lot of money. They could not have been nicer. The food and drinks in the bar lounge, as well as the breakfast, were outstanding. And the concierge was very helpful with restaurant tips and follow-up on restaurant bookings.

The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect spot in the old city of Cusco. Amenities are fine and close to plenty of dining options and cultural places. Two things spoiled our stay a bit, the first is getting breakfast at peak hours (9:30 to 10 AM), it's just mission impossible, good options for breakfast but service is terribly slow (I mean over 20 mins to just get water or coffee). The second was that at the end of our stay they had a medical conference so everything was taken over by the doctors, the internal patios (we could not longer sit there), the bar (no table or room anywhere for a beer), the lobby (no place to sit down quietly)... so I think they should warn guests about these two situations before hand so people plan their day accordingly.
