Cabin attendants are always very friendly and helpful. Being offered their hands so many times, my 1-year-old child’s first flight was quite easy and memorable to us. Thank you ANA!

Never managed to log on to wifi though it was advertised!

The food was disappointing in quality and the toilets did not smell good and felt very dated - sinks did not drain automatically, for example. However, the staff were excellent and the flight arrived slightly ahead of schedule.

Long wait for baggage. Good headphones on flight. Good pasta!

It was all good

Amazing service all round! BA should inform other travelers if there are babies on the flight and also which seats. 12 hours of sitting next to screaming babies is not the most pleasant of experiences.

on one of my journeys, offered an alternative/earlier flight as I turned up at the airport a lot earlier than I anticipated, which was beneficial to me, up to now always flown ANA with no problems.

BA Flight operated by Japan Airlines. Seats were much larger than on a standard BA flight so would recommend this as the better option!
