"Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans cette location qui est très calme et bien situé pour faire des visites, la location est bien équipée au niveau cuisine il y a tout ce qu’il faut et pour les bébés un lit et chaise haute et baignoire.les lits étaient fait à l’arrivée ce qui est bien appréciable."

Accommodating 2 families (10 people in total) .. minor inconvenience being having to make up the beds on arrival after a long journey , the quality of the linen did not match the high standard expected for the money spent on renting the property.. also a a lack of towels despite being listed in inventory .. .. However we would all return to this...

"we spent a wonderful time in the villa la pomme de pin. the villa ist perfect equiped and the location could not be better. right on the beach, very nice restaurants stores and hikin trails within walking distance. we could take our dog along, which was perfect. we will return for sure."

Une belle maison de style qui a du caractère dans un quartier très calme. Très beau jardin. "Lovely modern house, very comfortable & well equipped. Convenient for beaches & cycle paths, lovely park opposite, a nice walk into the village for shops, bakery & cafes. A good market in the square for oysters fish & vegetables etc. we loved our stay & Cathy was very helpful & sorted the confusion over bed linen. The only slight negative is the lack of privacy in the garden, didn’t really affect us too much but a screen on the right of the property would be all that’s needed. I would recommend...

"For two people it was very comfortable. For more there were probably not enough comfortable chairs in the sitting area. The terrace in the back lacked a bit of privacy and the garden chairs were a bit lightweight. These remarks are not complaints. We really like the house which was comfortable and tastfully decorated. "Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement avec un jardin ombragé sous le pin. Quelques marches pour monter dans la cuisine. Quelques ustensiles supplémentaires seront les bienvenus, une essoureuse à salade, des sous-plats, une cruche. Par rapport aux plages, c'est plus de 15mn à pied avec des enfants. Il faut compter 20 à 25mn."

"Appartement très bien situé, a quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Quartier très calme, avec terrasse ombragée, idéal avec un enfant en bas âge. La propreté est irréprochable, nous avions pris les kits de linge de maison, tout est bien pensé, fonctionnel et pratique. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés, d'ailleurs nous le gardons précieusement dans nos favoris, pour un nouveau séjour à Royan pour nous ou nos proches. Nous remercions aussi la conciergerie qui est vraiment a l'écoute...
