"A nice place to stay, if you don‘t need to be right at the beach. The communication with the owner was easy, quick and precise. The house is fully equiped and all was working well. Only the air conditioning was not really cooling. We consider to come back!"

"We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination."

"My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. Check-in was easy thanks to Guilano's good communication, and Patricia was very nice at check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. From the photographs on HomeAway you think you are getting a portion of the villa that overlooks the pool/sea. You don’t realise that you will be below stairs with no view. "Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. "The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. The only minor issue was the second bedroom as it is tight for space - we were 4 adults. The location was perfect and we often walked to the local pizzeria/restaurant- 5/10 minutes, Budoni and the sea are 5 minutes by car. Just a great week- thank you."

It was a perfect base for us to explore the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and beautiful beaches) as well as historical sites in Arazchena. "The property is exactly how it views on the photos. It has all the amities you need for a great stay. The beds are comfortable and spacious! A bonus is the outside shower which is amazing! The checkin and checkout process were super simple! Thanks for a super stay!"

"We had a wonderful 11 nights stay at the house. Communication was perfect, both the owner and the lady with the keys communicated very well, both before we arrived, while we travelled to the house and during our stay. The pool is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Comfortable beds with lovely towels and linen. It is a 15 walk to the beach which also has a nice restaurant. about the same to walk to the nearest shop and another restaurant. You will need a car to explore further...

"The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "
