"We arrived in the early evening and were promptly shown to our room. The accommodations were charming, private, and inviting. During our stay, we enjoyed seeing deer in the yard and watching fireflies emerge after dark, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The room was well-appointed with a secure door lock and deadbolt, effective window coverings, air conditioning, and a comfortable, impeccably clean bed. It felt more like a cozy cabin retreat than a typical hotel room. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking relaxation and a refreshing getaway from the standard hotel experience."

"Mostly everything works. Very good for nature lovers looking for some hiking and camping. The place is so peaceful, away to civilization but all good. Internet is kinda poor, not a good place if you're going to bring your work with you in here. The swimming pool is good with the very nice view and if the weather permits. Yes you can cook, kitchen is accessible just bring all what you need 'coz the nearest store is 15mins away outside the resort. Staffs are approachable and friendly. We'll definitely come back for peaceful short vacation."

"Loved everything about this hotel. The foyer is amazing. Yes it needs some TLC and the current owners are dealing with that. We really enjoyed the pool. Special thanks to the cleaning staff. Our room was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived. In fact all of the staff were very welcoming. Kerrville is a very pretty town and with a visit."
