"Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. "

"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "Perfect place to stay I went with my adult daughters. Beautiful location with sea views. Lovely hosts Martin and Diane nothing too much trouble. Martin has a sound knowledge of the areas and printed out many activities and days out for our stay very bespoke! Place was immaculate with all mod cons very comfortable beds. "Very smart well equipped apartment. it had everything you could need. Superb location with great terrace and views.. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, great lounge and kitchen. If you are going into Torquay go through the garden and down the steps, very quick and easy (we got taxis back!). We did struggle a bit with the electric ceiling heating, although the instructions were comprehensive it was difficult to know if it worked."
