"Very clean,friendly,beautifully done, If I have to so say something needs Improvement you could make getting ice easier to find and access. You could put a microwave in the rooms to heat our coffee up. Other than that it’s perfect."

"We have stayed the last 3 years. We like that there is a Walmart, a Starbucks, souvenir shop, liquor store and Black Angus steak restaurant within walking distance. Pool is wonderful. Wish we had a newer room like we had in the past. Great hotel to stay at! Free coffee and water always available!!"

"The hotel itself was good. There were just extra charges like a destination fee and parking. I felt like these were unnecessary because of a shuttle to Universal and it wasn’t private parking. "

"Roaches, lights didn’t work, big deposit I was unaware. Good points air was great water temp/pressure great, they accepted being a few minutes late as we were unaware of the 10 am checkout….?? Which is another bummer! The lace is really really old….. and repaired a lot…. You can tell ever place it’s been repaired….. "

"Everything was great except for the restaurant inside. If you are running a business in a resort style setting you need to be prepared to actor to large amounts of people and accommodate them in a timely manor. Waiting almost 1.5 hours for a breakfast order is insane. "

"We had an unexpected problem with a different hotel stay at a different location. In an emergency type situation I was able to get rooms extremely fast and my family of 13 checked in within 2 hours (this includes carrying luggage for that family up and down 6 flights of stairs) I can not say enough good things about how amazing the staff was at getting us taken care of. Bertha is extremely kind and amazing in every way! She was able to turn a horrible situation into an excellent stay. Made us...

"Property was clean but not spotless. workout and arcade room had a very strong smell like a chemical they use to clean that it was giving me and my wife a headache. but besides that we enjoy ur stay. "
